    A form question on my form does not show up on the emails I receive?

    WHEN I ADD A DROP DOWN ON MY FORM, IT DOES SHOW ON MY FORM! BUT WHEN MY CUSTOMER SUMMIT THE FORM AND I RECEIVE THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION IT DOESN'T SHOW ON THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION. "PLEASE HELP"

    Deleting the email and re-creating it should fix this problem.

    To delete the email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Delete Email" button,
    5. Save your form.

    To re-create your email:
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Add New Notification",
    4. Complete the wizard,
    5. Save your form.
