All my forms are gone, what could have happened?

Hello Iris, 

Your account reached overlimit status since you have received 109 submissions for the month. Free users are only allowed 100 submissions. You also have reached beyond the limited allowable payments through your forms of 12 payment submissions. Free users are only allowed 10.

On a separate note:
Please also take note that we have implemented a 500-submissions limit on free users. This means that free users are only allowed 500 submissions in their account. Anything beyond this will cause the removal of the oldest submissions in the account. This also does not restart. But this will not cause a temporary suspension on your account.

There is only a few hours left and your account will restart again its submissions and payments counter and your account will get reactivated.
