I didn't want to cancel my subscription

    Hi, 

    I wanted to switch a credit card for which the monthly jot form payments are made- but it said that i canceled my account instead of simply switching the card. 

    Can my account please be reinstated- 

    Order reference 75961680 JotForm (63462) - Monthly Economy Subscription 

    This is my reference number from bluesnap.

    The subscription is not canceled. But your update was made through FastSpring instead of BlueSnap. BlueSnap record was canceled to avoid duplicate payments. Please login to the account to view your subscription.
