I am having trouble with form submissions not forwarding to the email accounts I have set in our profile. It was working when I first tested it, but then I set up the exact emails I wanted the inquiries to go to and it no longer forwards.Page URL:

I checked the log for your email address and emails indeed failed, this is because your email address is in our bounce list, here is the reason:Result: 4********a@g***l.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from google.com
I have removed it and you should receive emails now, please follow this guide in order to avoid bouncing as there is some email missing info in your current settings: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
