What will happen to my forms and data if I upgrade while a form is published?

I would like to inform you that nothing will happen to your form and their data when you upgrade your account while a form is published. They will remain as is.

What will simply happen when you upgrade is that your account's limits will increase based on the subscription that you chose. So if you choose to upgrade to Bronze, then your account's limit will increase to the following:
-receive 1,000 submissions/month
-get 10GB of available space
-get 10,000 monthly form views 
-can create 3 sub-user accounts
