    Hi Jerome

I doubt it would make any difference but just in case it does, you have two closing html tags on that page. Remove one of them and let us know the result.

You could also try a different method of embedding the form: iFrame or Embed. (See Which Form Embed Code Should I Use?)

I really like to keep the level of austhetic control I have with embeding the form.

It seems that if it's received in jotform then the method I use (embed, lightbox ect.) shouldn't matter right?

Our email logs show that the notifications were sent to your email address. Did you check the spam (junk) folder?

Glad to know everything's okay now. Just out of curiosity, what was the problem?

initially it was the .au (I'm an idiot) but it carried on because I set up a folder option in the email account and the last 5 tests were going to that folder directly.

your support is the best I've experienced tho! verry quick

Okay, thanks for both the information and compliment.

Enjoy the remainder of your weekend (assuming it's still weekend there because I'm on the other side of the globe - in Barbados :)

    Cheers

    P.S. You're not an idiot!
