How do i get responses to appear on different lines in the grid report -

    Actual report format is

    2. Albert Legodi Employee Code 12309 has been out of work for 6 days, can you please start the abscontion process.
    3. Paulos Mhlungu Employee Code 2159 has been absent for his duties for 3 days with no report received from him.
    4. Kyle Vosloo Employee Code 7553 is absent for his duties, he said he will be back on the 23rd of April 2012, David has asked for a replacement.

It comes out in the grid report like:

I checked your form and the way it is currently set might not work.

I have done some tesst with a clone of your form , and I think this issue can be sorted out by adding check boxes with the list of the employees

In order to show the employees into another column you can create an employees' list  by department and then create hide/show logical condition in order to show them by department, as below:

I used the HTML table listing method to create a Table  , and here it is the result :

I hope my suggestions sorts out what you need to accomplish

If you need further assistance, let us know. We will be glad to help

    Cheers!

Unfortunately , that was only an idea I came up with, thinking of a few employees.

At this time, I don't think the current settings of your form will sort out what you need to accomplish

However I will forward this to 2nd level.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change that.
