Problem with properties button

    Hi

    I can't open the properties button to settle the parameters of insertions. It does not open when I click on the parameters wheel.

    Do you have a solution for me? It's the first time I encounter this problem. Is there anything I must do ? I run a Windows 7 on PC.

    I'm afraid I couldn't fully understand which button you are having troubles with. I have checked the Preferences button, Conditions button, as well as the gear-shaped icon to access properties of a specific field, and all of them seem to be working fine on our end:

    Could you please indicate which button you are clicking on that is not working for you? You can take a screenshot and upload it to our support forum by following these instructions:

    Without knowing the exact button you may be having troubles with, I have taken a look at all of the buttons listed above, and they seem to be working fine - as can be seen from the animation above. Can you please try using a different browser for editing your form, and see if everything is working fine for you in that other browser.

    Hi Thank you for you quick answer.
    When I click on "preference" , nothing opens

    Problem solved.it was adblocks that was stoping the windows to open.
