I upgraded to Premium and now cannot login...??

    I recently created a new account with the username "airportcity", but after upgrading to Premium I now cannot login...under an urgent deadline, please help! I also tried using these email addresses instead of the username in case the system was expecting that instead, but these did not work either.

    As I have checked you do have a premium account with us, here are your login details.

    Email: npero@designworkshop.com

    Username: NinoPero

    and another one is:

    Email: contact@airportcitydenver.com

    Username: airportcity

    To recover your password please go to www.jotform.com and on the bottom right of the page you will see an area to reset your password:
