Want to create an in-depth survey

We want to create a very detailed survey that would be done with user credential(username and password) Where we could track the users progress of the survey(could be done in portions) Please contact me with pricing and if you are able to do this. Thank you.

If you mean collecting username and password data of your end-users who fill and submit your form, it is not possible to create a form like that unfortunately. Since, asking personal sensitive information such as password, credit card details, social security number violates our terms of use.
