When my forms are submitted, or even manually released, an email should come over to us. This isn't happening. We asked about this about a week ago, and it was fixed and we were given instructions how to fix it ourselves in the future. It is already happening again. I went into my account, and added my email address where it was blank, but it still is not sending me emails.

Sorry for the trouble that caused you, I checked your email address(email@example.com) and it is in our bounce list. I removed it and your problem should be fixed now. Please test it and let us know if issue still persists. Also you might want to check these guides for avoiding this issue again:
