How can I get digital signature?

Have been reading the forums and trying to find a solution to my form. I need to create some forms that will have a digital signature (could be typed) and timestamp. Once that is signed the form needs to be sent to another person who has to digitally sign the form (could be typed) and timestamp. What would be the best practice to achieve this? I have been hitting walls and stumbling blocks.

    Thanks,

You can capture digital signatures by using one of our signature widgets:

    1. E-signature widget
    2. Smooth Signature widget
    3. DocuSign widget

Here's a guide on how to add widget to the form. Please take note that these widgets does not have a time stamp.

You can add another recipients in your email notification. In this way, when the form is completed, they will also received the notification. Here's a guide: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
