Required fields are checked but are giving warnings

Trying to do a test of my form bc people are having trouble submitting, and when I check off required fields are checked they're all giving warnings that they're required even though I checked them off!

I have tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. I was also able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form. After that I have inspected your form and I noticed that fields from screenshot you provided are Terms & Conditions widgets. Please note that Terms & Conditions widget field is by default required and there is no need to set required option for that field. 

To resolve this issue you need to turn OFF require option for all Terms & Conditions widgets.

You will also need to update each Terms & Conditions widget on your form.
