Hi there, i just realized we're not getting notifications anymore when folks submit these forms (which are our wholesale orders). I've missed 16 orders since early August which is a little devastating. Please help me figure out how to turn that on again.
I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. YOu have configured it correctly and your email address is also not in our bounce list, you should receive submission emails without any problem.
I did check our email logs and found that earlier the emails were getting failed. Please check the email logs below:
