Conditions are not working though it is fine yesterday

When editing my form, it looks okay - all the fields are there, condition, etc.  But when I preview or view the link in a browser, it looks like an OLD version of the form appears.  Fields are missing, conditions don't work (if you click YES to Are You Married, other fields are supposed to appear), etc.  It was working fine yesterday.  Any help?  Thanks.

I opened your form and I can see that the "Are you married?" field is working properly. 

Since it is working fine yesterday, you may want to use the Form Revision History. Here's a guide: How-to-view-form-revision-history
