Hello!
I have several forms on this site and 5 of them are for a major client. Please find the website here: http://scramblermaries.com/contact-us.html
They have not received any of the submissions since 8/6/2016. I have checked and the emails are all correct and have not been changed since the start of the form. I have also checked and the email is not on the Bounce List.
This is also happening with another client's forms on their site.
I have been using Jot Forms for many of my clients and this is NOT good!
How can we resolve this issue FAST and also get a zip file of all the responses so that my client can handle the submissions?

I have checked this form and I can see that the notification is configured properly. The email recipient is not listed in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the notifications are being sent successfully.
I also did a test submission on this form and it appear in the mail logs that it was sent.
Please advise your client to check their spam folder or junk mail. You may need to ask them to whitelist our mail servers and domain names. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Please do check this related guide as well: How-to-prevent-my-email-to-go-into-the-bounce-list.
If this issue keeps on happening, please try using (noreply@jotform.com) as the Sender Email for the notification.
Hope that helps. Thank you.
