I can't log in.

Every time I try to log on, I get the message that my username and password don't match. I tried to use forgot password, but it's not working.

I have checked email address you used to post this thread but I only found guest account with no forms, which was created when you posted your question on this thread. 

After that I have checked your email address inside of our email log and I saw that your email address is recipient email address set inside of this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/50944218134149 

That form is created on account with username Avwollwert1. Email address of that account is p****k@mem*********rs.com

I also saw that password reset email was sent to that email address. 

You can login to your account with email address or with username.
