Please Wait" message during submission

    Hello,

     

    One of my users is receiving a "Please Wait" message when she tries to submit her form. It's been stuck on that for over an hour at this point. I have attached a screen shot. Please advise on how we can solve this.

    I cloned your form to test it and it works without issue.  Their may have been an issue with their internet connection at the time the form was submitted and the process could not complete.  I would recommend having them simply close their browser and resubmit the form.
