All you would need to do is update your link to include the text instead of the URL.  Here would be your new text:

Is your question related to this thread https://www.jotform.com/answers/922300?

What my colleague suggested is to replace link of the form, from

    <a target="_blank" href= "https://form.jotform.com/62146355769162" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">https://form.jotform.com/62146355769162</a>

    to

    <a target="_blank" href= "https://form.jotform.com/62146355769162" rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">Your Dream Vacation</a>

inside of the message that you are posting.

So basically you need to link your text Your Dream Vacation.

Maybe this guide can help you:

Also to avoid confusion, if you have some followup questions regarding same issue, please post your reply to your original thread, to avoid confusion.
