Unable to add more payment in the form

Hi 

I'm trying to add the paypal option onto my form but it says that I already have a payment option on it but i don't

It there a number that i can call for someone to help walk me through fixing this problem?

You can only have 1 payment integration on each form. Your form already has a Purchase Order payment tool. If you want to edit it, select the T-shirt field and then click the wand icon.
