If my Jotform space is full, can I still recieve submissions in my integrated dropbox?

    Upon checking your account, I found out that you have an Free account which has limit of 100 submission per month including 10 SSL Secure Submissions and can received payments of 10. However, If you reach submission limits, your forms will be temporarily disabled. It will only be reactivate until either you upgrade your account or wait for the next month when your counter resets to zero.

    While your forms temporarily disable, you can still keep track of the current number of submissions when you log in to your JotForm Account.

    In addition to my colleague's response above, Unfortunately it is not possible to receive the submissions when Jotform quota is full.  Yes, dropbox is the solution to clean your JotForm submissions from time to time. In this case your JotForm account space quota will be refreshed (every month), and DropBox files will not be touched.

    The limits are no different whether you use the Dropbox integration or not. To ensure you can manage economically your allocated quota then there is need to delete your submissions with uploads to gain your space back.
