See attachments - I've seen this happen several times.
Whenever automated receipts of submissions are sent out, sometimes that version of the submission is missing some values that actually appear when viewing the submission from the "inbox" on the website. Is this being caused by something we're doing wrong?

If you have updated your form fields at some point and did not update the email notification, some of the fields may not have update automatically. If you create a new notification:
It will have all current form fields with the correct ID's for each value.
