Dropbox: How to set a form field as folder name?

I connected Jotform submissions to go into my drop box, but was wondering if the name of the folders/submissions can be changed from the long numbers to the applicant's name or something? 

Yes, you can indeed select a form field as folder name, to do it first click on the integrations icon and click on the Dropbox icon:

Click the "Edit Integration" button. 

Once in the wizard, click on the pencil icon, once you do it the form fields will appear, select the field you want to setas folder name and click on apply, complete the integration and that's all.
