Title on form in email notification is incorrect. How do I change it?

Hi there! I recently received a submission on a form called "Mounting Order Form". The notification email subject line was correct (Re: Mounting Order Form) and all of the fields of information matched my mounting order form, so I know the person completed the correct one. I'm worried, though, because the title within the email (next to the pencil logo) said "Digital Printing Order Form" (see screenshot). I want to make sure that my customers aren't receiving mis-named confirmation emails as well, but I am not sure what is causing the issue.

    Hello LeslieDee,

You can check and edit your email notification settings for the title of the email alert.

First, click Emails on the form builder. Next, on the Email tab, a WYSIWYG editor of the actual contents of your email alert will appear. 3rd, replace the text on the title. Lastly, save the settings.

Additional note: The email notification only sends to the email address that is set specifically. The current setting is sending to leslie@colorservicesllc.com alone.

If you want your form users to receive an email alert as well, you will need to create an email autoresponder. You can refer to this guide for the steps: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

If you have further questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.
