    Hi,

I think you are still on the process of building your website.

Is this the home page of your website? http://sexyswingers.org/ocportal/index.php?page=start

The page where you claim to have embedded the form was in 'meet tonight' nav menu on the left.

But it requires joining to be able to view the page.

Please try setting up your website first. Then we can assist you forward once you have everthing established.

    Thanks.
