This will be the third time I've brought this up. The form Created, I used the link and copied it to my page. We have submitted it and the users that need to receive the form aren't receiving them. We've checked our spam and we just don't receive them. We have received the test emails you've sent but when we use our form.. Nothing.
There has to be a bug because I duplicated the and reset the emails and it still doesn't work! They do show up in our Jotform inbox but we need them in our email, this is for our company and it's crucial.

I checked our mail logs and it looks like the latest email notifications were sent successfully to the recipient addresses. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History. I checked the emails and they seem to be the test submissions that you have made. Can you please check your inbox to see if these emails were received?
If you are still unable to receive the emails, I would suggest to ask your email service providers to whitelist jotform's addresses. Here's the list of our addresses: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses.
