The forms submitted should automatically hit the email address's set up however this is often hit and miss.
Since the 27th of August we have missed 19 forms going to our email address. We are trying to work out the problem and we are not sure if its jotform or the email. Our email seems to be working otherwise but just doesn't get the forms. The forms are within jotform so they have been submitted. When I try to forward it says email sent but doesn't show up in our email account.
Could you offer some assistance as to what might be the problem?

It appears that your email address adoptions@*****************.com was added to the bounce list, which is why you are not receiving any email notifications there. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully.
