Someone used my email address to generate this account.
I did not receive any email validation. I was wondering if you do not have such prevention mechanism?

Per your request, I have now deleted your mealboxcebu account. Currently jotform does not have email validation after signing up. Once a user signs up, they will receive a welcome message from jotform into their email address. This helps our users to quickly create their forms after they sign up for an account.
