Is there an option to create / export a language file allowing me to se

Is there an option to create / export a language file allowing me to send all the form text to others to do the translation work? Otherwise I need to either have them edit the form, or I need to write down all form text in a separate document.

As I understood from your question, you need to get each form text on the form to let some people to translate them. 

Unfortunately, we do not have any tool which exports form text without related fields of them.

However, you can download your blank form as PDF. After downloading your form as PDF, there are external tools converting PDF to Word or vice versa. You can have a try it. It could be easier than typing each text manually.
