How can I create a survey with the possibility to ask anonymously?

Dear JotForm-Team,

we like to create employee surveys. Due to data protection reason and to give our employees the chance to speak free, we would like to create that way a anonymous reply is possible.

Can we manage that with JotForm and how?

Well, you can just create the form straight with only questions and do not ask for an email address or any other personal information. The only thing is that we capture the IP address and there is no way you can disable this option. 

Receiving the submission through email is not a problem since the notification will work even without the name and email fields.
