This problem can be count as a general issue for most users. Below you can check some methods and try to solve it:
Apologies for the inconvenience, your email address email@example.com was added in the bounce list. Here's the screenshot with the return error message:
This happens when the recipient or the email provider of it refuses to receive the emails coming from us. I have removed it in our bounce list so you should be able to receive emails again. However, to avoid being added in the bounce list again, please also follow the steps mentioned in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues, that's in addition with the link that nursam earlier shared.
I would also like to advise that you contact your IT team or your email provider to whitelist our JotMail IP addresses and mailserver domain names that are listed on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
