Sorry if this is a dumb question, but what do you mean by "Available Space"? If we're storing the files on our own DrobBox account or FTP server, then how does that apply? Or does that refer to monthly volume of data that's uploaded? We're looking for a solution for a printing company that wants to upload large files to their FTP server.

Actually, that is a nice question. I checked your account and notice you're in a guest account, please sign up for a registered account so you can manage your forms properly.
Please take note that all submissions will go to our servers first and then after that, it will be forwarded to DropBox or to the FTP integration. It means that you need to manually delete the submissions with uploaded files to clear up your storage space. You can also use the Auto-Delete Submissions app so that the form submission will be deleted instantly after forwarding it to the integration.
