    Why won't the hyperlink appear in published version?

    I am posting a hyperlink but it does not show up once the form is published.

    I checked your form and did not see any URL's that were being hyperlinked.  If you wouldn't mind letting us know what text you would like hyperlnked and the URL for it to be linked to, we will be happy to help.

    On a side note, if you want to collect actual signatures in your form, we have signature widgets that will allow for just that:

    I am trying to link to a pdf. The link for the pdf is file:///C:/Users/amycable/Documents/LCTCS%20Immunization%20Waiver%20%20EMS.pdf

    The file needs to be online.  It is not possible to link a file directly from your computer.  Upload the file to a service like Dropbox or Google drive.  Then, use that URL to hyperlink in your form.
