The email feature not working - sent many email last night.

    from your email feature submissions page - even though i received a message that my emails were sent, the were not received. please let me know why and if you can send them.

    If I understand you correctly, you're saying that you are not receiving the email notifications.

    I checked this form and I can see that the notification is configured properly. The email recipient is not in the bounce list. I did a test submission and based on the mail logs, I can verify that it was sent successfully.

    Please check your spam folders or junk mails. You may also need to whitelist our domain names, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    no, that is not the issue. If you are on the submissions page, there is an option to email people from there. I was using it on 9/1, i believe, however, none of those emails reached their recipient. It ended up being a giant waste of time.
    I checked and i am not on the whitelist.
    Please let me know how to fix.

    Thank you for the clarification. I understand that you are referring to the Reply feature of the submissions page.

    I checked the email logs of your account on Sep. 1, and it looks like all the emails were sent successfully. You can also check this on your end by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.

    May I ask which form did you encounter this issue with emails not being sent from the submissions page? It would also help us if you can provide us with the exact time that you sent the emails on Sep. 1 and a list of some of the email addresses that you sent your email to. We can set this thread to Private if you like so only you and the support team can see the thread.
