Need to convert or export about 100 PDF fillable forms to HTLM format web form

Unfortunately, we do not have a tool to convert a Fillable PDF form into a webform. You can only import PDF forms into JotForm: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator, however they will remain as PDF.
