I just noticed you offer Infusionsoft Integration for your web forms (fantastic!)
that said, I tried configuring a form to apply a tag in my Infusionsoft account and was unable to find the tag.
does the integration allow all tags to be used? or is there a max of tags that can be displayed
the tag ID number I am looking for is 4377 from scrolling through the available tags, I only see up to 4091 as options.
please help, I would like to use this integration!
As far as I know there should not be a limit on the number of tags shown in the integration wizard.
I have just tested and I can see all the tags from my InfusionSoft account in the integration wizard, could you please provide us the number of total tags you have in your InfusionSoft account?
Also, is this random? I mean, are always the same tags missing or there are some displayed sometimes and sometimes they don't appear?

thanks for your reply we currently have 1,244 tags in Infusionsoft.
The ID numbers of these tags range from 104 to 4651.
when I use the integration option for Infusionsoft with Jot form I can see tags up to tag ID # 4091, it doesn't seem like any are missing up to that tag ID#...after that # I have no tags available.
Similar situation with Action sets
I have 551 action sets in Infusionsoft. they range from ID# 11 to 3973
In Jot form integration I see action sets #11 to 2211 but nothing beyond that.
Overall I think I can get around the issue using the Infusionsoft API call, but I would prefer to use tags if we can get them working.
Any ideas? is there a re-sync button for the Infusionsoft Integration ?
Unfortunately there is no re-sync button to refresh the tags again but I believe it should display updated list every time the integration wizard is loaded.
I would suggest you to please re-integrate your form with Infusionsoft and see if that solves your problem. Do get back to us if the issue persists and we will report it to our backend team.
I think I have been doing that every time I try to set this up.
