I have been charged but my account still says I'm at the free level

I have been being charged by jotform but my account says I cant have more pictures uploaded because Im at the free level but I pay 19.95 a month

I checked for an account associated with your email address and was unable to find any.  If you wouldn't mind logging in to your account or letting us know the username of the account you upgraded, we will be happy to have a look.
