Can data from different forms be captured in a database?

Asked by enzomanolo on September 02, 2016 at 06:00 PM

We are offering many after-school classes, Saturday classes, etc.

Currently I capture the registration data to Google Spreadsheets in order to provide the coaches with a class registration list.

Is it possible to capture all registrations captured via JotForm into a Database vs Google Spreadsheets? (in order to manipulate the data as a whole, before I sort via class)

    Thank you,

    Hi Michelle,

When you say "Database", do you mean your hosted MySQL database? If yes, here's a guide for that http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-Insert-Update-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP. Note that this requires PHP knowledge.
