Forms Not Received

    While I'm sure your product does work very well, we are still not receiving the forms that we submit to the designated email address.

    Please help, we have to have this working by Tuesday! Can you check all things on your end and please tell us anything on our end we should be doing?

    I would suggest you to please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.
