Why are the Forums I just made disabled?

I checked your account, it is marked as 'autosuspended' which is done by our anti-phishing system that detects suspicious forms and if they have some of the phishing attributes. I checked your form and I see that it has words like: username (Teamspeak name), password, which is forbidden by our Terms of Use:
