I've suddenly stopped receiving e-mail for all my forms.

I have checked my spam and bulk e-mails folders, moreover, i do not receive test e-mails either.
On top of that, when i tried to change sender e-mail to my verified godaddy email i didn't even receive the verification code.

I checked your email logs and found your email consistently failing to receive emails. I have checked further and found your email address in the bonuce list with the following error:Reason(s) : smtp; 552 5.2.0 PS441t0020AGir401 - PS441t0020AGir401S468b
I am not sure what exactly that means but in order to address this concern to lessen the possibility of your email address blocking emails from JotForm again, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
For the meantime, I have removed your email address from the bounce list, and so you should start receiving email alerts again.

thank you for the quick response.
My e-mail server was down for 2 weeks during summer and it is resolved now.
How can my e-mail be removed from the bounce list?
