Revision History: form still loads the current version instead of the earlier one when revertingAsked by woowavedreamsync on September 04, 2016 at 02:38 AM
Hi Jotform Team,
I was putting together a survey form on your platform.
After going into the "designer" and changing the background color, my ENTIRE form disappeared.
The only content left was 2 questions (out of the 8 that I had built with conditional logic, buttons, etc.)
The "REVISIONS" menu contains the version that I would like to revert back to.
But whenever I choose the version and click "REVERT to this version", the form continues to give me only 2 questions.
Here are the form details:
Form URL: https://form.jotform.com/62429208845158
Name of template used: Keaveney Legal Group Free Consultation
Account Username: woowavedreamsync
Revert to this Version: "0:21 AM 1 update" (see screenshot)
Please help me get this survey form back up and running!
Looking forward to your response,

My colleague has already addressed this issue in your thread that was posted yesterday. Here's the thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/923347. I have also tried reverting the changes to the earlier version but I'm getting the same result, only two questions are shown instead of the 7 questions.
Let me forward this thread to our developers for further assistance. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread. For the meantime, you may consider cloning the form that was created by my colleague in your first thread. Here's the link: https://form.jotform.com/62456470257964.
Let us know if you require further assistance.
