Adding multiple forms to facebook.

I want to add multiple forms to a facebook page. Also wanted them to be mobile accessible but the one for that was able to be added it just put a tab on the side.

It is possible to add multiple forms to a facebook page by using the Custom iFrame App. You can follow this guide on Adding a form to Facebook (Custom iFrame App) to learn more.

Unfortunately, facebook does not support form tabs on mobile. However, the Custom Iframe Tab App does provide a direct URL to your page tab that is viewable on mobile devices. To get your page direct URL, simply edit your Facebook tab and copy the link you see on the Tab URL box. You can also check this method on this guide.

Is there a way to add the jotform form to be see on a mobile device on Facebook? When I added it it just put a tab in the side. I would like to see that form on Facebook on a mobile device?

Unfortunately it is not possible to show the form on mobile, as facebook does not support form tabs on mobile. Here's a discussion about this issue: Is it possible to show a Facebook app as a Page Tab on mobile devices?

The only workaround would be to use the Custom iFrame App. By doing so, your users will be able to see a link on mobile that they can click in order to view the form.
