    Hello,

I have tested my contact form, as well as the contact form on a number of client websites. Currently, there are no emails coming through. Is this a temporary problem? Or is there something that has to be done on my end to make sure that the emails are able to go through?

    Hello skidmorep,

Have you checked the spam folder if in case the emails landed there? There is a high possibility that the email alerts sent by JotForm was marked as spam by the email server of the recipient, and for such reason why it didn't land to the inbox.

If the email isn't there in the spam folder and an email client is used such as MS Outlook, Eudora, etc., please try to log in on the webmail of the same account and see if the emails landed to the spam folder on the webmail. The reason for this is because there are instances in which the webmail itself flags the email alerts and once it lands to the spam folder, it no longer gets downloaded by the email client. And for such how an email would appear to have been lost in the internet wilderness.

Feel free to let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
