Unable to upload file

Hi JotForm support,

There is an issue with uploading files onto the form. As per our guidelines, logo files can only be png or eps format. However, an error is appearing when uploading an eps file. Please see attached screenshot for reference.

In addition, could the below red error box only read: png, eps file and remove the following pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, rft, html, zip etc. to avoid confusion.

You can change the file extensions that you wish to allow uploads for, on your own form. Please see this guide for more details: Upload-Field-Allowed-File-Types.
