This exact same problem has been reported to me on a live embedded payment form:

    http://www.leuko.org.au/thelongwalk

Also, other successful donation have been entered correctly, but from time to time, a few people are unable to make the form work with the same problem on trying to enter an expiry date.  My customer even advised:

"Whilst on the phone with him, when I tried to load my details I did not have the same problem, but he tried again and the same problem happened for him."

I did some tests on your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue. I was able to enter credit card details without any issue. I've reloaded the form several times and checked it using the direct link, however, I am still unable to replicate the issue with the "numeric values" error.

The error message should only appear when other characters are being entered into the donation amount. It could be possible that the user had entered random characters into the donation amount such as the $ sign as seen in the other thread. This will result in the "numeric value" error. However, entering only numbers in the Donation Amount should not result in an error.

If you or your client still encounter this issue, could you please send us a screenshot of the credit card field so we can check it further. (You can blur out the card number and security code). To send a screenshot, please visit your thread here then follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

I will wait for your response.
    Thank you.
