I support request to update the Cloned Form header email to {form title}.

The title of our Cloned Form having not been updated in the automated response email has just caused significant embarrassment to our business.

    Regards,

    Clayton

    Hi,

When you create an email notification or auto-responder, please note that {form title} is already included in the subject. This already reflects the title of your form. Do you mean you want to remove the "Clone of" from the subject of your email? You will need to change the title of your form, removing the "Clone of" phrase for it to reflect to your email subject.

If you are referring to a different concern, please give us more details so we can help further.

    Regards.

When I clone a form and update the header, the email subject line updates
    as you have shown. Perfect.
The HTML in the email does not show {form title}.
We will have to remember to update manually after each clone unless it
should be defaulting each time to {form title} and we are just doing it
    wrong.

Sorry, I am not sure if I understand correctly your concern. Do you mean you want the Form Title of the cloned form to be the same as the original form (no "Clone Of" added on the title)? If you are cloning your own form and you want the cloned form to have the same title as the original one without the "Clone Of" by default, it will lead to more confusions because you will now have two forms with the same title.

    Understand what you mean.
When I clone and update the header to remove "clone of" and retitle, what I
am saying is the {form title} field in the email HTML as you present in
your email below is not the {form title} tag. Instead it is hard code as
    "Clone of [XXXX]".
It's OK. I am probably doing it wrong. I will check again on next Clone.
    Thanks for your replies.

I have tried this on my cloned form but I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting regarding the form title. It seems to be working fine on my end. Please do try again and see if you will still encounter the issue. If the issue still persists, please inform us so we can further investigate. Regards.
