I already upgraded, but it is not taking!

    I recieved a bunch of submissions, so i upgraded to professional, but it is still saying I have a free account and now I am "over my limit". I need proof of submission to paypal also.

    Upon checking your account, I found out that you are already activate to Premium Subscription. I suggest, Logout to your JotForm account, delete browsing cache and cookies then log back in.
