HI I WONDER IF YOU CAN HELP. FOR SOME REASON WHEN SOMEONE MAKES A SUBMISSION IM NOT RECEIVING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ANYMORE. I HAVE CHECKED THE SETTING AND CANT SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT

The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
It has now been white-listed, so this should solve the problem. In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender. Here are our domain names:
