Users having issues with 'submit' button on my form

I keep getting messages like this from people trying to submit my jot form:  I've been trying to fill out the guest agreement, but when I click on the "Agree" button, nothing happens... Have you received confirmation of this agreement from my end? If not, I'll keep trying.

I don't know why it works for some people, but not for others. Could it be an issue if someone uses their mobile device? Any advice on correcting this issue? Thanks.

I have tested your embedded form and I was able to submit it, I have tested it twice and both submissions where sent through, here is a screenshot of the record that you should see on your submissions page:

Here is also a screen-cast about when I tested your form:

I can see you have embedded your form using the default JavaScript method, maybe this causes conflicts with the code of your website, I would suggest you to try embedding your form using the iFrame code, here is the guide that will help you with that: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Please let us know if the issue still persists on your end.

Thx, as I mentioned, it only seems to be unable to submit for maybe
10-15% of the people who try to use it. It works for me too. I'll try
the iframe, but I'm not much at doing this sort of stuff, which is why I
    was using this service.
